Are you ready to drive innovation in the automotive industry? We're seeking a visionary Aftersales Leader to join our team at Stratstone, powered by Pendragon, and play a key role in shaping our future with BYD, a pioneering electric vehicle brand.

As a leader in our Service department, you will oversee aftersales operations and ensure that all warranty and repair work is carried out to manufacturer standards. You will also be responsible for maximising efficiency and profitability, championing a great customer experience, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out and adheres to manufacturer standards
  • Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives
  • Champion a great customer experience
  • Ensure your dealership is a Centre of Excellence for all best practices and processes
  • Set clear targets and KPIs for associates within your department and work to excel and over-achieve these targets, whilst making sure the team continuously give an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Guarantee first-class levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department

Requirements:

  • Successfully lead or supervised within a service department or small workshop, constantly achieving and exceeding targets
  • An exceptional engaging leadership style, always striving to get the best results out of your team
  • Excellent knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation
