We are seeking a National Business Development Executive to drive growth and success in our key retail accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and make a real impact.
About the Role:
As a National Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers at leading retailers such as B&M, Aldi, Lidl, Homebase, and B&Q. Your primary focus will be on maximising return on investment and continually striving to grow sales through customer development and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accounts for leading retailers, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with our NPD function to provide bespoke products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and projects.
What We Offer:
In this role, you can expect a competitive annual salary of £70,000, plus a 10% bonus. You will also receive a car allowance and enjoy remote working arrangements, allowing you to strike a great work-life balance.
