Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Customer Service Team to ensure seamless execution of responsibilities.
  2. Update quotations for high-running parts using our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Conduct commercial reviews of customer orders upon receipt and present reviewed orders to the team for processing.
  4. Provide support to the customer service team by assisting with order loading and reconciliation.
  5. Address and report any issues arising within customer service functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient user of CRM software.
  • Pleasant phone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service capabilities.
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £30,000 - £40,000, depending on location and qualifications.
