Customer Service Team Lead for Daylighting Solutions

We are a leading specialist in daylighting and roof glazing solutions, shaping the built environment with cutting-edge designs. Our innovative approach requires a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Customer Service Team to ensure seamless execution of responsibilities.
- Update quotations for high-running parts using our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct commercial reviews of customer orders upon receipt and present reviewed orders to the team for processing.
- Provide support to the customer service team by assisting with order loading and reconciliation.
- Address and report any issues arising within customer service functions.
- Proficient user of CRM software.
- Pleasant phone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service capabilities.
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £30,000 - £40,000, depending on location and qualifications.
