Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to lead our team and oversee the entire customer journey. As a Customer Service Team Manager, you will manage and support a talented team, ensuring smooth daily operations and handling escalations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee daily customer service activities, manage workloads, and provide support to team members as needed.
  • Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and identify coaching opportunities to help team members grow and develop.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer service environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,500 - £40,000 per annum.
