Job Title: Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at TalkTalk Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and executing our commercial growth strategy.

About the Role

The Commercial Director will be accountable for supplier and partner relationships, core commercial functions, customer lifecycle management, forecasting, and planning. You will work closely with our Chief Financial and Commercial Officer to develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a commercial growth strategy that aligns with TalkTalk's overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to drive commercial value and growth
  • Lead the development of commercial plans and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer lifecycle management and retention
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Sales and Marketing Director to drive up-sell and cross-sell initiatives

  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and profitability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in commercial operations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
