Role Overview

The TalkTalk Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead the development and implementation of its commercial growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and commercially astute individual to drive business growth, improve gross margin performance, and create unique economic and commercial advantages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a comprehensive and nimble planning framework, underpinned by detailed and accurate models, to enable TalkTalk to plan with rigour and replan with speed.
  • Lead the development and ownership of a clear executable plan that aligns to the TalkTalk 5-Year Plan across new acquisition, up-sell, and cross-sell and retention.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and team members.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills to support solid commercial decision making.
  • Ability to build multi-level relationships across TalkTalk and the gravitas to command respect when presenting to Senior management as well as Platform X and end-suppliers.
