Brand Marketing Executive

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Executive to join their team. As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and artwork for advertising, email campaigns, and brochures. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a specialist travel company and contribute to the development of their brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Creation of high-quality content for email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Co-ordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and direct mail.
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to manage brand campaigns and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Support the wider marketing team with event organization, trade show participation, and other marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of A level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Travel industry experience highly desirable.
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven track record of managing email marketing campaigns and creating engaging content.
  • Experience in brochure production or similar printed material.
  • Strong copywriting and proofing skills for various formats.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience of sourcing and editing imagery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Photoshop.

Additional Information:

  • Salary dependent on experience, circa £33k.
  • Hybrid role, 2 to 3 days office-based in Hampshire.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 to 6.
