C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Executive to join their team. As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and artwork for advertising, email campaigns, and brochures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Manage the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage brand campaigns and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Support the marketing team with content creation for social media campaigns and events.
  • Organize and coordinate digital and print advertisement schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with PR requests and image requirements to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Support the wider marketing team with event organization and trade show/exhibition coordination.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including marketing activity coordination, brochure fulfillment, and data management.
Requirements:
  • A level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Travel industry experience highly desirable.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Significant experience in managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in brochure production or similar printed material.
  • Strong copywriting and proofing experience for various formats.
  • Experience of working on multiple projects and campaigns and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience of sourcing and editing imagery.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
Additional Information:
  • Salary dependent on experience, circa £33k.
  • Hybrid role with a minimum of 1 to 2 days in the office in Hampshire.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 to 6.
  • Passion for wildlife, travel, and adventure is a must for this role.
