About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Patient Relations Administration Assistant to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will work closely with our patient relations team to ensure that concerns are raised and resolved efficiently. Key duties include:



  1. Providing a first point of contact for patients and their families to raise concerns and receive support
  2. Collaborating with our team to resolve complaints and improve patient outcomes
  3. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential for this role
