About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of our Quality and Governance processes, tracking, monitoring, and liaising with key people to ensure that processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Main Responsibilities

As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing investigations into serious incidents
  • Reviewing incidents and requesting further reports if needed
  • Championing quality improvements and supporting teams to make positive changes
  • Monitoring and tracking processes such as audits and reviews

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent, relevant Administrative/Secretarial experience (usually demonstrated by a minimum of 2 years experience)
  • Minute taking experience
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm, positive, and flexible approach to work
