Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Patient Experience and Engagement team as a Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative and project support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of various initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Patient Experience and Engagement team, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects and initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support the administration of the Patient, Carer and Public Engagement Steering Group and the Learning Disability Steering Group.
  • Manage communication and administration for the Patient and Public Forum, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of patients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets to support project work.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements
