Patient Experience and Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Patient Experience and Engagement team as a Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative and project support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of various initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Patient Experience and Engagement team, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the coordination of projects and initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the administration of the Patient, Carer and Public Engagement Steering Group and the Learning Disability Steering Group.
- Manage communication and administration for the Patient and Public Forum, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective solutions to meet the needs of patients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets to support project work.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work across different sites and departments as required.
