About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Patient Relations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, carers, and loved ones who contact us with their concerns or compliments.
You will be the first point of contact for people raising concerns, ensuring that they are raised within our team. This will involve responding to telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence in a professional and empathetic manner.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working within a team to support people to raise and resolve their concerns. Your main duties will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to patients, carers, and loved ones
- Responding to telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ensuring that concerns are raised within our team and escalated to the relevant departments as necessary
