Business Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales and Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic team at Inspiring Interns. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective email outreach strategies and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing email outreach strategies to engage with potential clients
  • Maintaining our lead database with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Conducting regular database clean-up to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Utilizing CRM tools to organize, track, and manage leads efficiently
  • Following up with existing leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel

Performance Metrics:

  • Setting and achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators to measure the success of outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
  • Ability to work full-time from our Richmond office

Compensation: The position offers a competitive starting salary of £24,000 per annum, with the opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses based on the number of leads converted.
