Sales Growth Manager

Foster business growth through strategic partnerships with European distributors. Collaborate with the European Distribution Manager to drive sales expansion and optimize distribution networks.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct joint visits with distributors to support business growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
- Lead quarterly review sessions with distributors to set goals and track performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize distribution networks.
- Support the Head of Global Distribution with analysis of global distribution performance, highlighting gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare monthly performance reports to inform business decisions.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or distribution management.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with distributors.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic partnerships.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- 40% travel within Europe required.
