Sales Growth Manager

Foster business growth through strategic partnerships with European distributors. Collaborate with the European Distribution Manager to drive sales expansion and optimize distribution networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Conduct joint visits with distributors to support business growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
  5. Lead quarterly review sessions with distributors to set goals and track performance.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize distribution networks.
  7. Support the Head of Global Distribution with analysis of global distribution performance, highlighting gaps and opportunities for growth.
  8. Prepare monthly performance reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in sales or distribution management.
  2. Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with distributors.
  3. Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic partnerships.
  4. Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  6. 40% travel within Europe required.
