As a Corporate Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring small and medium businesses across the UK & Ireland and wider EMEA region.


Your responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating acquisition targets, preparing business cases, and managing the M&A process.


You will work closely with the Lead Program Manager on new acquisition integration programs and interact with multiple stakeholders, including finance, HR, and legal teams.


**Key Requirements:**


  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills are required.
  • Minimum preference experience includes finance experience in a service-based industry, with a relevant degree or professional qualification such as an MBA or CIMA.
