Construction Cost Controller

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controller to join our busy Contracts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction costs, preparing financial reports, and providing accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost estimation and control
  • Financial reporting and budgeting
  • Cost variance analysis and recommendations
  • Client liaison and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate work experience in a construction cost control role
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
  • Annual leave: 23 days (plus 8 bank holidays) per year
