Our client, based in Nelson, Lancashire, is seeking a highly skilled Housing Quantity Surveyor to lead their commercial team. This role involves managing the financial aspects of residential projects, ensuring accurate cost control and effective contract administration.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need a strong background in quantity surveying, preferably within the social housing sector. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, is also essential. Proficiency in construction software, such as Excel and CostX, is highly desirable.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000, depending on your level of experience.
