About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Housing Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Nelson. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality housing projects, managing the commercial aspects of the projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.

- Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations and standards">
About You:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field">
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the social housing sector">
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC)">
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Excel, CostX, Asite)">
The estimated salary for this position is £57,500 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
