Deputy Boutique Director, Harrods

This is an exciting opportunity to join Vacheron Constantin as a key member of our Harrods boutique team. As the Deputy Boutique Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Boutique Manager in creating an exceptional client experience and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Boutique Manager in maintaining high operational standards and developing a strong clienteling approach to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the growth of the Vacheron Constantin brand's reputation and desirability in the market through networking activities, client events, and partnerships.
- Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects.
- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop targeted action plans for clients and prospects while driving business forward.
- Oversee and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports to provide strategic analysis and action plans for the boutique.
- Ensure consistent, uncompromising high standards of presentation and client service.
- Manage boutique operations in accordance with Vacheron Constantin and group compliance policies.
