Job Title: Deputy Boutique Director

The Deputy Boutique Director is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury boutique. This role requires a strong background in retail management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-monitor sales targets and KPIs, and implement annual action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Area Manager on sales, traffic, KPIs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Behave as an ambassador of the brand, both within and outside the boutique.
  • Implement an effective data capture and follow-up system for clients, prospects, and sales staff.
  • Co-manage the team with the Area Manager, including participating in one-to-one meetings, evaluating sales staff, and providing coaching and training.
  • Organize and monitor rotas and planning, ensuring time optimization and business necessities.
  • Develop a business-oriented approach and positive mindset in the boutique, through role plays and team building.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures, and maintain a clean and neat stockroom and back office area.
Requirements:
  • Prior management experience and background in luxury activities (retail or service) is required.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of a 3-stage interview process, including an initial interview, a skills assessment, and a final interview with the Human Resources Manager and UK Brand Director.
