Job Title: Deputy Boutique Director

The Deputy Boutique Director is a key role within our luxury retail team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique. This includes managing stock levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-monitor sales targets and KPIs, and implement annual action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide monthly reporting to the Area Manager on sales, traffic, KPIs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Behave as an Ambassador of the Brand, promoting our values and products to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Implement an effective data capture and follow-up system for clients, prospects, and sales staff.
  • Participate in team management with the Area Manager, including one-to-one meetings with sales staff, evaluating performance, and setting objectives.
  • Co-analyze CRM activities within the boutique, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure the boutique is properly maintained, including lighting, furniture, and stockroom organization.
  • Implement and adhere to Piaget procedures, standards, and policies, ensuring compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures.
  • Manage stock levels, including replenishing stock, maintaining stock controls, and ensuring good stock management.
  • Lead daily and annual stock inventories, and manage in- and out-stock transfers.
  • Responsible for after-sales procedures, including faulty goods, returns, and repairs.
  • Organize a safe and clean stockroom and back office area.
Requirements:
  • Prior management experience and background in luxury activities (retail or service) is required.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
