Boutique Leadership and Performance
As the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our luxury boutique. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Boutique Director in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of client service and brand image.
Team Management and Development
You will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Director in managing the team to optimize personal and boutique performance and profitability. This includes communicating and motivating the team around the strategy and vision of the Maison and their collective and individual contributions.
Client Development and Services
You will champion clienteling behaviors and ways of working among the team to drive a client-centric business. This includes proactive outreach with existing clients and prospects, head-to-toe styling, and working by appointment. You will also elevate client experience in-store and out-of-store, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
Boutique Operations and Administration
You will be responsible for all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines to be applied in-store. This includes monitoring visual merchandising and displays to maintain brand image and boutique presentation, ensuring compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures, and supervising the boutique back office and administration.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous boutique management experience, especially in the field of luxury retail. You will possess strong people leadership skills and business acumen, excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and develop the team as per Alaïa's values.
