Deputy Boutique Director of Luxury Retail

Driving Growth and Excellence
- Contribute significantly to the enhancement of the Brand's reputation and desirability in the market through participation in external networking activities and client events.
Initiating and Enhancing Client Relationships
- In collaboration with the boutique team, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives.
Boutique Performance and Operations Management
- Provide sales leadership for staff and assist the Boutique Manager in setting performance targets for the team and individuals with relevant KPIs.
- Prepare regular client analysis reports, sharing insights on local trends.
- Ensure boutique operations align with Brand and group compliance policies, empowering the team to excel on the shop floor.
Representing Brand Identity
- Act as an Ambassador for the Brand at meetings, events, and other work-related functions, upholding its image with clients and the local retail community.
Team Management and Development
- Support the Boutique Director in coaching, training, motivating, and developing the sales team.
- Share excellent sales techniques and pass on knowledge and experience.
- Experience in conflict management is essential.
