Driving Growth and Excellence

  • Contribute significantly to the enhancement of the Brand's reputation and desirability in the market through participation in external networking activities and client events.

Initiating and Enhancing Client Relationships

  • In collaboration with the boutique team, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives.

Boutique Performance and Operations Management

  • Provide sales leadership for staff and assist the Boutique Manager in setting performance targets for the team and individuals with relevant KPIs.
  • Prepare regular client analysis reports, sharing insights on local trends.
  • Ensure boutique operations align with Brand and group compliance policies, empowering the team to excel on the shop floor.

Representing Brand Identity

  • Act as an Ambassador for the Brand at meetings, events, and other work-related functions, upholding its image with clients and the local retail community.

Team Management and Development

  • Support the Boutique Director in coaching, training, motivating, and developing the sales team.
  • Share excellent sales techniques and pass on knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in conflict management is essential.
