Boutique Performance and Sales Achievement

Elevate sales targets and KPIs for the Alaïa boutique by collaborating with the Boutique Director on quarterly action plans. Provide timely reporting and propose corrective actions to drive growth and meet targets.

Team Management and People Development

Support the Boutique Director in managing the team to optimize performance and profitability. Communicate and motivate the team around Alaïa's strategy and vision, ensuring they are aware of targets and client experience best practices.

Client Development

Champion clienteling behaviors and drive a client-centric business. Elevate client experience in-store and out-of-store, ensuring brand guidelines are met. Define client retention, recruitment, and reactivation objectives with HQ and the Boutique Director to achieve sales targets.

Boutique Operations and Administration

Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures. Supervise the boutique back office and administration, monitor visual merchandising, and maintain brand image and presentation.

Requirements

Previous boutique management experience in luxury retail, strong people leadership skills, and business acumen. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and develop the team, handle multiple demands, and drive CRM initiatives.
