Job Title: SEMH Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd.

As a SEMH Teacher, you will be working closely with students aged 7-17 who have social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as complex learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach English and/or Maths to GCSE level and be willing to adapt to cover other subjects when needed.

Our school prioritizes trauma and attachment-informed practices, providing extensive therapeutic training and support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching English and/or Maths to GCSE level
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to plan student-centric education
  • Providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
