The role of a Secondary SEN Teacher at Protocol Education is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

We are working alongside a dynamic and expanding special school in Swindon to appoint a talented and dedicated teacher who can provide an inspiring learning environment for our students.

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from £28,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of our students.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience of teaching students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
