Administrative Support Officer

The Planning and Analytics Office at Plymouth University seeks a highly organised and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Board of Governors. Key responsibilities include preparing and circulating meeting papers, coordinating calendars, and managing diaries. The successful candidate will have experience working at an administrator level and be able to demonstrate relevant experience, skills, or training related to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Board of Governors
- Preparing and circulating meeting papers
- Coordinating calendars and managing diaries
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Requirements:
- Experience working at an administrator level
- Relevant experience, skills, or training related to the role
- Ability to work under direction
- Excellent communication skills
Working Arrangements:
The role is part-time (29.6 hours per week) and permanent. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. The role also allows for some remote working (up to 1 day per week) to meet the needs of the business.
