Job Title: Audi Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audi Sales Manager to join our team at JCT600. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
