We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing sales across the region, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and developing existing customer accounts.
Main Responsibilities
- Arrange face-to-face sales appointments and call cycles with customers and prospects.
- Meet all sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Promote new product lines and launches to drive business growth.
- Manage customer accounts and increase spend through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Develop and implement new business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and leverage the company's branding and professional profile to establish credibility and trust with customers.
- Establish a network of dealers who can build up and sell the brand.
- Conduct customer product training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attend regular coaching review sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead joint visits with management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strategic contact plan for each account to maximize sales opportunities.
- Seek out and develop major opportunities within the territory.
- Track customer interactions, pricing enquiries, customer issues, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Follow up on product promotions, campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer incentive schemes to drive sales growth.
- Handle technical enquiries or questions and liaise internally for relevant information.
- Place all orders with the sales office by phone or email.
- Send all sample requests to the office.
- Conduct telesales activity as required.

Benefits
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 basic plus Commission
