Job Title: Finance Manager - Sales Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our sales team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations and legislation, and collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall financial goals.
  2. Financial Reporting: Establish and maintain accurate and timely financial reporting systems, providing insights into sales performance and financial trends.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the company.
  4. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth financial operations.
  5. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: AAT or equivalent qualification, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance department, with a strong track record of financial planning and budgeting.
  3. Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and work effectively in a team environment.
