Main Responsibilities

  • Arrange sales appointments and call cycles with customers and prospects.
  • Meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Promote new products and services.
  • Manage customer relationships and increase sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Establish a network of dealers and distributors.
  • Conduct customer product training sessions.
  • Attend regular coaching review sessions and team meetings.
  • Lead joint visits with management.
  • Develop a strategic contact plan for each account.
  • Seek out and develop major opportunities within the territory.
  • Track customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Follow up on product promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle technical enquiries and liaise with internal teams.
  • Place orders with the sales office.
  • Send sample requests to the office.
  • Conduct telesales activity as required.

Benefits

Salary: £45,000- £50,000 basic plus Commission
