Facilities Management Business Development Lead

We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at COREcruitment International.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our security services portfolio. This includes identifying and securing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to win contracts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business development within Facilities Management or security services. You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills, as well as a client-focused approach.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
