Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth by leading our sales team. You will be responsible for marketing and letting to capacity, sourcing leads, and closing deals. Refining existing materials and ensuring USPs are highlighted effectively in all materials are also part of your responsibilities.
About UsOur client is a business that runs purpose-built flexible workspaces located in London and the Southeast. With a portfolio of nine buildings and ambitions to roll out across other major cities and suburban locations, we are looking for an individual with a positive, friendly, energetic personality to join our expanding business.
You will work closely with the Marketing Consultant to develop marketing materials for new buildings and create yearly content and marketing strategy. You will also contribute to social media campaigns and manage lead management from sourcing to delivery.
