Consultative Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious sales professional to fill the position of a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the PropTech sector.
About the Job- Identify and qualify new business leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate teams.
- Design and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the PropTech sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate markets.
- Proven ability to work with all levels of real estate teams.
- Skilled in managing multiple deals and leads simultaneously.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Strong focus on client service through technology.
- A salary of £48k+ depending on experience.
- Overtime (OTE): £58k+ (uncapped commission).
