Business Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious sales professional to fill the position of a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the PropTech sector.

About the Job
  • Identify and qualify new business leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate teams.
  • Design and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the PropTech sector.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate markets.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of real estate teams.
  • Skilled in managing multiple deals and leads simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Strong focus on client service through technology.
