Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to lead our sales team and drive commercial growth. As Commercial Growth Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and letting to capacity, sourcing leads, and closing deals. Refining existing materials and ensuring USPs are highlighted effectively in all materials are also part of your responsibilities.
About Our ClientOur client is a business that operates high-quality, tech-enhanced office space in a pleasant environment on flexible contracts. They grow their business by partnering with landlords and through direct acquisition, with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
You will work closely with the Marketing Consultant to develop marketing materials for new buildings and create yearly content and marketing strategy. You will also contribute to social media campaigns and manage lead management from sourcing to delivery.
