We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Growth to join our team at COREcruitment International. This is a senior leadership role that requires extensive experience of developing and growing a portfolio in the food led, hospitality environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing all sales and retention across a large portfolio, including short- and long-term strategy, CRM overview, bid strategy, and pipeline enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing short- and long-term sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely closure of deals.
