About the Role:

  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care services and strategic planning for developments within the home.
  • Act as a positive role model for colleagues and children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, organizing work patterns, facilitating care-focused training, and accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices.
  • Oversee all day-to-day management matters, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare, or willingness to work towards it.
  • Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience with budgets and rotas.
  • A full driving licence is essential.
