About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our Engineering team at Wabtec Corporation. As a Technical Administrator, you will provide administrative support to various areas of the business, including office administration, product leads, senior management, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training for different business units on the PLM system and resolve any queries.
  • Produce weekly reports, monthly reports, and key performance indicators as required.
  • Month-end reporting on engineering services.
  • Regular audits of documentation and systems.
  • General administration, including processing of paperwork, team diary management, room bookings, purchase order requests, and travel request processing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong Excel skills.
