Job Title: Internal Sales and Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales and Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sirius Recruitment Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Produce quotes, estimates, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of thermal process equipment and the electroplating and surface treatment industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
