Technical Administrator

As a Technical Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Engineering team at Wabtec UK. This role involves managing tasks, approvals, and project forecasting, as well as providing technical support and training for the PLM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, as well as key performance indicators.
- Provide technical support and training for the PLM system.
- Manage month-end reporting on engineering services.
- Regularly audit documentation and systems.
- Perform general administration tasks, such as processing paperwork and managing the team diary.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience in report writing (Word).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
