This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in scheduling and planning to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting the operational team to deliver cost-effective and organized works.



About the Role

This role involves working closely with the operational team to schedule and plan maintenance works for residents in a social housing setting. You will be responsible for arranging appointments with tradespeople, rescheduling appointments as needed, and communicating with residents and maintenance workers to ensure seamless delivery of services.



Responsibilities



  • Coordinating appointments for residents with tradespeople in a cost-effective and organized manner.



  • Rescheduling appointments using the company's planning tools to ensure smooth delivery of services.



  • Providing excellent communication and customer service skills to residents and maintenance workers, handling calls and resolving any issues that may arise.



  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities and ensuring that all follow-up jobs are actioned by the end of each day.





Requirements



  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in social housing or a related field.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.





What We Offer

As a Social Housing Operations Coordinator with 18 Recruitment Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus benefits.



Working Hours and Location

The successful candidate will be required to work 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available. The role is based in South Liverpool.
