About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Fareham.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance against budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with non-financial stakeholders to provide actionable insights from financial data.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
