Insurance Business Development Manager

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join their team in a life insurance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and working closely with the Sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Developing new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation
- Working closely with the Sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on KPIs
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in outbound B2C or lead generation, with a strong understanding of scripts and guidelines. They will also be able to maintain data and reports on KPIs, and work effectively as part of a team.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
