Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team at Penta Precision Engineering Ltd. This role involves managing 50% of the company's order book, minimising business risk and delivering sustained, profitable growth for the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CNC machining process and be able to prepare accurate quotes to maximise flow and throughout. A good understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills is also essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a Company profit & core values related bonus scheme, a forward-thinking work environment, 34 days pro-rata annual leave and participation in our company auto-enrolment pension scheme.
