Civil Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our team at the Structural Engineering Alliance Group. As a key member of our civils team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of civil engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Design and Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in civil engineering design and technical skills to develop and implement innovative solutions for infrastructure projects.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering projects that meet their requirements.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue for the company.
- Education: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of involvement in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Strong technical skills in civil engineering design, project management, and team leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Chartered Status: Chartered Engineer status (CEng) is essential for this role.
