We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers at SGS Care Ltd. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people aged 8-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
">- This role involves working in a full-time, permanent position within one of our regional homes, providing support and guidance to children in a nurturing environment.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting education, independence, and well-being, while creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to young people in our care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and welcoming environment
We offer a competitive salary of £30,795 - £32,795 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in allowance) and a range of benefits, including loyalty bonuses, health cash plans, and free meals during shifts.
