About the Team:
We have a dedicated team of Care Assistants who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a new member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role.
Salary and Perks:
We offer competitive hourly rates, starting from £14.20 for weekdays and £14.40 for weekends, with bank holidays offering double pay. Our Care Assistants also enjoy numerous perks, including paid training, shadowing, mileage, and guaranteed hours available on all contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and medication administration
- Offering emotional support and companionship to clients
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have authorisation to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence. No previous experience as a Care Assistant is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
