The Role of a Care Worker Specialist

We're seeking experienced professionals to join our Learning Disability and Autism Team. The salary will be based on experience, skill, and qualification, estimated around £35,000 - £40,000 per year.

Servicing Adults with Complex Needs

The Social Care and Support service encompasses a wide range of teams and employment opportunities, including Older People's Service, Learning Disability Team, Hospital Social Care Team, Transitions, Adult Safeguarding, Mental Health Team, and the Physical Disability and Sensory Service. We work with older and younger adults who have care and support needs.
