Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Support Workers to ensure excellent care and support delivery.
  • Involved in staff supervision, candidate interviews, and ongoing development of support workers.

The people we support at Stourbank enjoy volunteering, socialising, and participating in various activities such as music, television, walking, cooking, and shopping.

We welcome applications from experienced Care Team Leaders/Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care, or dedicated Care Assistants/Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,781 - £31,025 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week at £13.25 per hour.
