About the Role

Are you passionate about providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities? We are seeking a warm, flexible, and motivated Relief Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have previous care experience and be able to assist tenants in our Warwick service to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence. This is a relief position, making it perfect for fitting around personal commitments or caring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing respectful personal care and support with household tasks
  • Assisting tenants to participate in opportunities for personal development and engagement within their local communities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote independence and a fulfilling life

Benefits
